Contains the base data (fetched works from Open Alex), enriched concepts (extracted by LLama-2-13B), the constructed concept graph, the calculated concept embeddings, the topological features extracted from the graph, the trained models (only best model resulting from exhaustive grid search), train, test and validation data.
