Abstract

We uploaded four mmcif files with coordinates of: 1) the portal-neck region, 2) the middle part of the tail, 3) the distal part of the tail, 4) the combined model including the whole portal-neck-tail. complex structure. Also, we uploaded four cryo-EM maps including: 1) the portal-neck region, 2) the middle part of the tail, 3) the distal part of the tail, 4) the combined model including the whole portal-neck-tail.
