Abstract

II - MolTreePath - SIMTV: simtv.class java application to obtain the Specific Importance Measure (SIM) and Trending Value profile (TV) set on the particular path followed by a specific molecule on all the trees of a Random Forest model. This particular path was obtained in the previous step (I - MolTreePath - with DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.28373318).
