This fold contains the DNDC model, model input files, and all data used in the paper "Incorporating Nitrifier-denitrification Improves Simulation of Nitrous Oxide and Nitric Oxide Emissions under Intensive Nitrogen Application". The data (Data.xlsx) include simulated and observed soil mineral nitrogen (ammonium, nitrite, nitrate), N2O fluxes, and NO fluxes under different N fertilization treatments. The data (Data.xlsx) also include simulated average soil mineral nitrogen, N2O fluxes, and NO fluxes under variations in selected parameters that are relevant to climate, soil properties, N fertilization, or the new incorporated processes.
