Abstract

The data hereby deposited relates to DISC1 core in this study and contains: • Raw, non-sharpened, cryo-EM map, the result of the non-uniform refinement job in cryoSPARC as described in Supp Fig. 2. • Sharpened cryo-EM map, the result of processing by DeepEMhancer of the cryoSPARC raw map. • Two cryo-EM half-maps, automatically generated by cryoSPARC during the non-uniform refinement job, and used for resolution estimation by gold-standard FSC. • An atomic model, built based on the sharpened cryo-EM map, and refined using a combination of ISOLDE, UCSF ChimeraX and Phenix as described in detail in the Methods section of the manuscript. The zipped file contains all raw mass photometry movies relevant to this manuscript.
