Abstract

The assembled U. aurea genome with a size of approximately 180.31 Mb and a contig N50 length of 7.2 Mb. A total of 99.99% of the assembled sequences were anchored to 20 pseudo-chromosomes by using PacBio long reads and Hi-C sequencing data. Totally 33,365 protein-coding genes were annotated.
