This repository contains code and data for Zhou et al. "Comparing potential biodiversity conflicts from renewable energy expansion in China at different centralization levels".The "scenario_layers" zip file includes China's projected terrestrial solar and wind expansion up to 2060 under the centralized (national) scenario and the decentralized (provincial) scenario. The "code" zip file includes necessary code workflow for computing expansion probabilities of solar and wind energy sites and for calculating taxon-specific Rao's Q.
