R code for AGP and BGP

All analyses were conducted in R version 4.3.2. We employed a single, integrated R script that begins by loading all necessary packages and proceeds through the entire analytical workflow. Primary packages include lme4 and lmerTest for linear mixed-effects models, metafor for meta-analysis, and ggplot2 within the tidyverse ecosystem for data manipulation and visualization. The script produces a complete sessionInfo() log, ensuring full reproducibility of the computational environment.
