Malignant vs. Non-malignant Annotations on TCGA Breast Cancer Whole Slide Images for AI Analysis

In this section, three zip files have been uploaded. The first file, named BRCA-Qupath-Annot, contains the annotated regions in QuPath, where the pathologist has annotated the regions as malignant and non-malignant. The second file, named All_patches_50WSIs, includes all the patches extracted from these regions. Each folder is saved under the corresponding WSI ID. The third file, named TCGA-BRCA-public_Dataset, contains all of the tumor and non-tumor patches extracted from the TCGA-BRCA public dataset.
