Abstract

This repository contains the results and code derived from the research: Niche centrality hypothesis: underlying intraspecific trait variation in the Antioquia Wren (Thryophilus sernai). In this work, we explored whether morphological, color, genetic, and acoustic attributes of the Antioquia wren are associated with its climatic niche structure, as predicted by the niche centrality hypothesis (Maguire, 1973). Additionally, we examined the consistency of the trait-centroid relationship across various niche configurations to investigate how different niches may influence our understanding of the centrality hypothesis.Mehtodological detais and results descrptions are available in the main manuscript.Data set descriptionModels: 56 Ellipsoid models with their raster, metadata and replicates.Varibales sets: Liist of variables for each non-correlated varibles set.
