Abstract

To obtain the genome sequence of Arundinella anomala, we collected mature Arundinella anomala leaves and performed sequencing using HiFi and Hi-C technologies. After filtering, assembling, and annotating the obtained data, we acquired the genome sequence file and gene annotation file of Arundinella anomala.
