Abstract

Carbapenem-resistant hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (Sil80), which belongs to serotype K39-ST985 caused neonatal sepsis. It carried several virulence determinants in a large virulence plasmid. The file contains Sil80 genome and raw data (BasuS_Data points) used to generate the graphs in the manuscript.
