mSIM-Processing-Script.py

The python script allows a user to obtain resolution-enhanced results following image scanning microscopy methods. The script requires a user to upload a benchmark image stack for accurate fluorescence excitation localisation which then maps those coordinates onto the sample stack for further region-of-interest localisation refinement. The script then takes those regions, processes them with a Gaussian blur, followed by a pixel reassignment method. The overall result is a maximum intensity projection image with image scanning microscopy enhancements, as well as a maximum intensity projection image which has not been processed for comparison.
