The raw data of this study include the original qRT-PCR Ct values for miRNA-21-5p and PDCD4, unprocessed Western blot images, and flow cytometry .fcs files used for the assessment of granulosa cell apoptosis. Additional datasets contain measurements of insulin-stimulated glucose uptake, ROS levels, and mitochondrial membrane potential in ovarian granulosa cells under various treatment conditions.All statistical analyses, including the complete datasets used to generate the data and the GraphPad source files, are available upon reasonable request.The original uncropped and unadjusted images underlying all blot or gel results.
