In vivo calcium imaging (GCaMP6s) in a mouse using the Nisam4x (angle-quadrupled) 12kHz resonant scanner and the Nikon 16x objective (0.8 NA). FOV: 2 x 2 mm2. Frame rate: 22.93 frames/s. Pixel size: 1024 x 1024 pixels. Power at the imaging plane: 70 mW. Play Speed: 5x.
