In vivo calcium imaging (GCaMP6s) in a mouse using the Nisam4x (angle-quadrupled) 12kHz resonant scanner and the Cousa 10x objective (0.5 NA). FOV: 3.15 x 3.15 mm2. Frame rate: 13.24 frames/s. Pixel size: 1792 x 1792 pixels. Power at the imaging plane: 140 mW. Play Speed: 5x.
