Hydrological threshold for optimizing wetland climate mitigation

This dataset contains daily measurements of methane (CH4) flux, ecosystem respiration (ER), gross primary productivity (GPP), water-table depth (WTD), air temperature (TA), soil temperature (TS), and site information from global wetland ecosystems. Data were compiled from peer-reviewed publications and publicly available sources including the FLUXNET-CH4 database. Additionally, this repository includes the custom MATLAB scripts developed for the study to evaluate the long-term climate impacts of wetland greenhouse gas emissions. The provided codes simulate the 500-year radiative forcing dynamics using the Sustained Global Warming Potential framework and sensitivity analyses using the dynamic GWP framework.
