Abstract

This figshare includes 5 assembled genomes annotated using Bakta v1.11 as reported in "Draft genomes of Methylobacteriaceae isolated from Sorghum grown in the arid environment of central Arizona". This sequencing project has also been deposited on ENA/NCBI under the BioProject accession number PRJEB98447 as well. Raw sequencing reads are available in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under the accession PRJNA1289777.
