Abstract

This article presents an applied analytical case study of a psychological pilot program initiated by Prof. Monika Balayan, Honorary, FRSA in response to low indicators of subjective well-being reported by the World Happiness Report. The study examines the implementation of structured psychological methodologies, including the registered trademark method Smehoterapy, and analyzes observed outcomes at individual, community, and professional levels. The article also documents the broader impact of the project on the emergence of happiness-focused interventions, coaching practices, and emotional well-being initiatives. The sustained improvement in well-being indicators and widespread adoption of related practices demonstrate the project’s significant success.
