Abstract

We improved the L. chinensis assembly and generated full-length transcriptomes of the elite breeding line Lc6 to refine gene models.Note: *.combined* files is gene structure annotations with isoforms.*.primary* files is gene structure annotations with longest isoforms preserved only.
