Abstract

This dataset was collected as part of a longitudinal experiment investigating the effects of a moderate “exercise snacks” intervention on breaking sedentary behavior among office workers. The study aimed to evaluate improvements in cardiometabolic indicators through short bouts of physical activity integrated into daily routines. The dataset includes demographic information, baseline and follow-up measurements of blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and perceived stress scores, along with adherence records for the intervention group. All data were anonymized and aggregated to ensure confidentiality. This dataset can be used to replicate the analyses reported in the related manuscript, as well as to support future research on sedentary behavior, workplace health interventions, and cardiometabolic health outcomes.
