Organizational Coherence Dynamics:
Abstract
Recent observations from Planck, JWST, and MeerKAT have revealed cosmological phenomena that require explanation within current theoretical frameworks. The DEBA framework (Deterministic Emergence By Actualization) proposes that dark matter, dark energy, and several observational anomalies can be understood as manifestations of organizational coherence dynamics in an abstract configuration space. This approach derives physical observables from stochastic Langevin dynamics without requiring additional free parameters beyond the standard model. We present four falsifiable predictions testable within 2025-2030: (1) fractal galaxy distribution with correlation exponent γ = 0.8-1.2(2) velocity-gradient correlation coefficient >0.7 in cosmic filaments(3) fractal sub-structures at ~500 kpc scales;(4) 30-50% of filaments showing synchronous rotationA single negative result would refute the framework.
