Abstract

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data from patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) who underwent surgical resection at the Institute of Science Tokyo.The dataset was used for survival analyses in the associated manuscript entitled “Perineural Invasion in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma: Prognostic Significance and Immunosuppressive Mechanisms”.
