Detection of proteins that bind to lactated SOD1
Abstract
Lactylation impairs the antioxidant enzyme activity of SOD1. Therefore, we aim to identify proteins interacting with lactylated SOD1 using the IP-MS approach, and predict potential lactyltransferases targeting SOD1 through bioinformatics analysis. This study is expected to provide potential strategies for inhibiting SOD1 lactylation
