Abstract

This paper presents FLASH USDT, a lightweight yet production-ready, time-bounded, TRC-20 token system engineered for controlled stablecoin issuance, high-speed settlement, and short-cycle value distribution. Unlike traditional stablecoins that offer perpetual validity, FLASH USDT introduces 160-day cryptographic expiration, batch-based minting, and full audit traceability across all user and merchant interactions. The system integrates BTCPay Server for crypto/fIiat-triggered issuance and operates on the TRON blockchain to ensure extremely low transaction fees and high throughput.FLASH USDT is designed for remittance networks, fintech agents, merchant ecosystems, OTC desks, traders in emerging markets, and closed-loop promotional or incentive systems that require strict issuance windows, predictable expiration, and deterministic lifecycle control. The architecture supports ~380–530 engineering hours, deploys in 40–45 days, and includes a formal acceptance, audit, and post-handoff responsibility framework. The platform demonstrates how time-bound stablecoins can operate as compliance-positive, auditable value instruments without becoming speculative assets. It also introduces a structured administrative dashboard, role-based access controls, immutable batch lifecycle events, and confirmation-based transfer flows.
