Abstract

This presentation describes how the Pathogen–Host Interactions database (PHI-base) is used to explore Fusarium gene-phenotype relationships. It outlines PHI-base content, curation workflows, integration with external resources, and recent advances in PHI-base version 5, including gene-centric views, host-target interactions, and community curation via PHI-Canto. Examples demonstrate how PHI-base data can support Fusarium genomics, transcriptomics, and pangenome analyses.
