Analysis of the Effect of System Quality and Usability on User Satisfaction of File Manager Applications Using the PLS-SEM Method
Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology has driven file manager applications to not only excel in terms of functionality but also to be easy and convenient for users. A high level of usability is a crucial factor in supporting user comfort and satisfaction when managing digital data. This study aims to analyze the influence of system quality and usability on user satisfaction with file manager applications using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results indicate that only the memorability dimension has a significant effect on system usefulness, while other usability dimensions do not show a significant influence. These findings are expected to serve as valuable considerations for file manager application developers in improving system quality and user experience.
