Abstract

Mass spectra of large fragments of a pathogenic antibody (light chain, LC; heavy chain, HC; and (Fab)2 segment) produced by reduction of the intact antibody followed by LC/MS analysis (LC and HC) or by digestion with IdeS (the (Fab)2 segment).
