Bioinformatics-Based Study on Cuproptosis-Associated Genes in Hepatocellular carcinoma
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a malignancy characterized by high global morbidity and mortality rates, for which therapeutic options are limited and the prognosis remains poor.Cuproptosis, a recently discovered form of copper-induced cell death, is intimately associated with tumor metabolism and the immune microenvironment.Utilizing bioinformatic approaches, this study aims to systematically analyze the differential expression, molecular subtypes, immune infiltration patterns, and clinical significance of cuproptosis-related genes in HCC, thereby providing novel targets for precise stratification and therapeutic intervention.
