Abstract

This submission presents New Year’s Day as a universally recognized moment of reflection and renewal through the application of the Linking Pin Sonnet, a poetic form based on intentional continuity and progressive meaning. The chapter demonstrates how poetic structure can embody connection rather than rupture, linking past and future, reflection and intention, and individual conscience with collective hope. Framed within the humanities and spiritual poetics, this work is offered as a neutral, scholarly–poetic contribution suitable for cross-cultural and international readership.
