This dataset contains survey responses collected to examine the impact of RFID-based Internet of Things (IoT) integration, system integration, and employee digital competence on stock recording efficiency in the Indonesian retail industry. The dataset was generated as part of an empirical study that investigates how technological, human, and organizational factors influence inventory management performance, with workflow optimization as a mediating variable and organizational change readiness as a moderating variable.
