1. Integrated phenotype-genotype data matrices ( C_Day_120kg.csv and FCR.csv ), derived from genomic data after quality control and linkage disequilibrium pruning merged with phenotype data;2. Preprocessed phenotype data (Pheno_FCR_C_Day_120kg_clean.txt).
