Codes for "A New Challenge Under Global Warming: Perfluoroalkyl Substances Release from Degrading Permafrost" – XGBoost Modelling of PFAA Exceedance (1 ng/L) and Detection Probability
Abstract
This is the codes for the key modelling of XGBboost using RStudio software. The input csv file has already been preprocessed with binary (0-1) encoding. This file did not include any code for generating visualization figures or bootstrap process.
