Bio-Climate and Livestock Market Analysis Platform

This repository contains the data and source files supporting the study “Artificial Intelligence Modeling of Climate Driven Variability in Livestock Related Sales Using Satellite Derived Bioclimatic Indices”.The materials include processed climatic datasets derived from the NASA POWER database, aggregated commercial sales data used for analysis, and the complete source code and configuration files required to reproduce the modeling workflow. The repository also includes the files associated with the interactive web platform developed to visualize model predictions and time series behavior.The analytical framework integrates bioclimatic indices, including the Temperature Humidity Index (THI), with time series and machine learning approaches such as ARIMAX and Random Forest to analyze climate driven variability in livestock related sales.All data and code are provided for transparency and reproducibility purposes and may be reused for academic and research applications with appropriate citation.
