Abstract
The manual combines an updated conceptual framework of PBL with teaching guidelines applicable to the classroom, incorporating the Comprehensive PBL Design Model (MIDABP) as a tool to promote deep, meaningful and transferable learning. Throughout the document, the fundamentals of the approach, its pedagogical pillars, the phases of project design and implementation, as well as assessment strategies, teacher reflection and attention to diversity from an inclusive perspective are addressed. In addition, the resource includes practical templates and organisers (project planner, implementation phases, timelines and guiding questions) that facilitate the direct transfer of content to teaching practice. This mini-manual is especially aimed at teachers in initial and ongoing training, teacher trainers, and professionals interested in active methodologies, educational innovation, and pedagogical approaches focused on authentic learning.
