Pseudomonas sp. WMBT8 chromosome PHASTEST prophage predictions
Abstract
Pseudomonas sp. WMBT8 was isolated from the gut of the deepwater sculpin from Lake Superior. The complete genome sequence was determined to comprehensively characterize this bacterial species from the gut microbiome. As part of that analysis, prophage insertions were identified with PHASTEST and genomic islands identified with Island Viewer.
