Deterministic Issuance and Redemption Enforcement in Time-Bound Stablecoin Systems: The FLASH USDT Logic-Layer Model
Abstract
Conventional stablecoin systems rely on discretionary, off-chain, or governance-mediated controls for token issuance and redemption, introducing opacity, delayed enforcement, and systemic trust dependencies. This paper presents the issuance and redemption mechanics of FLASH USDT, a time-bounded stablecoin architecture in which supply control is enforced deterministically at the logic layer. Issuance, transferability, redemption, and expiry are modeled as constrained state transitions governed by pre-declared temporal and quantitative invariants. By treating minting and burning as bounded execution events rather than administrative actions, FLASH USDT eliminates the need for post-hoc intervention, emergency governance, or oracle-driven compliance. This paper formalizes the enforcement logic underpinning controlled minting, batch-level transfer constraints, deterministic redemption, and non-execution failure modes, establishing issuance and redemption as the root enforcement layer of the FLASH USDT protocol.
