Abstract

- `metaphlan4_associations.rds` (list of three tables)Tables:• [[1]] pre/on-diet DIET vs Control at each timepoint (PRE_POST_REVERSAL = ON DIET or pre).• [[2]] post-reversal DIET vs Control within reversal arms (dietstatus POST 4MR or POST 9MR).• [[3]] post-reversal within-diet contrasts (PRE_POST_REVERSAL within each diet at post timepoints).All models used log transformed MetaPhlAn4 abundances with a psuedocount of 0.5.
