3D models of megaliths, petroglyphs and inscription from the Kyafar site (medieval Alania)

The uploaded archive contains photogrammetric 3D models (produced using Meshroom and MeshLab) of archaeological artefacts from the Kyafar site. This site represents the medieval Alan capital, located in the North Caucasus within modern-day Karachay-Cherkessia.The materials supplement papers published and intended by the author, which present and interpret these artefacts.This data publication serves three primary purposes:1. To provide comprehensive supplementary material for the author's related publications. 2. To preserve detailed digital records of the artefacts, given the risk of degradation or damage at this unprotected site. 3. To enable readers and the broader scholarly community to independently examine, analyze, and verify the authenticity of the artefacts.
