Abstract

Entropy-Bounded Empiricism: SPARC175 Regime Analysis Dataset This dataset provides complete documentation and reproducible analysis for the Entropy-Bounded Empiricism (EBE) framework applied to 175 galaxies from the SPARC rotation curve database. The analysis identifies three empirically-derived regimes based on a model-blind structural proxy (L): - FLOW regime (L < 0.337): 62 galaxies, 100% model success rate - TRANSITION regime (0.337 = 0.427): 27 galaxies Statistical results: - Mann-Whitney U test: p < 0.0001 - Kruskal-Wallis H test: p = 0.012 - Permutation test (10,000 iterations): p = 0.016 - Effect size: Cliff's delta = 0.371 The CMB null test (p = 0.251) confirms that the regime structure is specific to galaxy rotation curves and not present in equilibrium systems. Contents: - sparc175_master_dataset.csv: Complete galaxy data with regime classifications - regime_thresholds_validation.txt: Statistical validation metrics - statistical_analysis_summary.py: Analysis documentation - reproduce_analysis.py:Reproducible Python script - SCOPE_CLAIMS_LIMITATIONS.md: Scientific boundaries - EBE_SPARC175_Complete_Documentation.pdf: Full documentation All code and data are provided for independent verification.
