The Validator-Layer Model: A Lightweight Framework for Universal Digital Verification
Abstract
This paper introduces the Validator-Layer Model (VLM), a system-level architecture for universal verification across heterogeneous digital ecosystems. The model provides a modular, protocol-agnostic layer that validates the internal logic of data objects—ranging from stablecoins and transactions to media, identity tokens, and real-world assets—through deterministic rule-sets applied at runtime. The VLM enables transparent compliance, reduces systemic risk, and creates interoperability between independently operated platforms. This paper outlines the VLM architecture, validation flows, implementation pathways, and cross-domain applications, with particular emphasis on blockchain compliance and digital media governance.
