A catalogue of urban sewage DNA virome reveals global health risks lurking in viral resistome
Abstract
We assembled an extensive catalogue encompassing viral genomes sourced from urban sewage. The catalogue comprises 40,539 viral genomes from 896 urban sewage metagenomes.
