Abstract

Related publication: "Colonic spatial single-cell proteomics and murine models link mitochondrial dysfunction to dimeric IgA-secreting plasma cell deficiency in Crohn's disease", 2026, Raschdorf et al., Nature CommunicationsSpatial single-cell proteomics data were generated in two separate experiments on the CosMx platform (Bruker) using the 64-plex Human Immuno-Oncology protein panel. FFPE fixed slices of colonic biopsies from patients with Crohn's disease (CD) in remission (n = 6) and non-IBD controls (n = 6) were analyzed.
