Abstract

This semi‑structured interview guide is used in a qualitative study on the Wheel of Optimal Living, a person‑centred tool developed to identify needs, strengths, and barriers across essential life domains, such as health, relationships, meaningful activities, environment, and skill development, in order to support improved quality of life and prevent challenging behaviour. The guide contains brief questions about staff experiences of using the tool, its perceived usefulness, and factors that facilitate or hinder its implementation in disability support services.
