Abstract
This study systematically evaluated the relative efficacy of five intervention methods—remote closed-loop training, remote brain-computer interface, remote exoskeleton rehabilitation, remote virtual reality, and remote home therapy—in stroke rehabilitation based on existing clinical evidence. Analysis revealed distinct advantages across functional domains: virtual reality significantly improved gait and upper limb function; brain-computer interfaces demonstrated optimal effects on fine motor control; and exoskeleton training notably enhanced patients' quality of life. These findings not only enrich the evidence base for telerehabilitation but also provide crucial guidance for precision matching of rehabilitation goals and personalized treatment planning in clinical practice.
