Abstract

Parenclitic deviation (δ) across healthy and clinical groups. δ represents the deviation of individual data points from a reference line describing the linear relationship between mean SpO₂ and SpO₂ sample entropy. The raw data used to generate Figure 3 of the paper (entitled "Interpreting Peripheral Oxygen Saturation Variability in Critical Illness: A Directional Framework Adjusted for Hypoxia Severity") show individual δ values for healthy individuals as well as patients with sepsis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute liver failure (ALF), and cirrhosis.
