Abstract
HL-60 cell lines were differentiated to neutrophil-like cells and treated with synthetic glucocorticoids, dexamethasone or prednisolone, for evaluation of pan-protein level of glucocorticoid receptor and its phosphorylation at serin 211 residue using immunoblotting analysis.
