Dataset for antibiotic dispensing practices in community pharmacies in Kakamega County, Kenya

This dataset contains anonymised records of antibiotic dispensing events collected from 22 community pharmacies in Kakamega County, western Kenya, in August 2025. Variables include dispensing source (over-the-counter or prescription), clinical indication, antibiotic(s) dispensed, provider of indication, age group, partial course dispensing, and repeat antibiotic use. No personally identifiable patient information is included.
