OverviewThis repository contains data and R code supporting the manuscript “Forest tree fecundity declines as climate shifts.”To run Please note that Environmental data were sourced externally (WorldClim v2.1; see ” Environmental data (WorldClim)” below). External validation data were sourced from MASTREE+ v.2; see "MASTREE+" below. These datasets are necessary to run the code. To replicate the findings, please run Script 01_data-wrangling.Rmd and 02_temporal-attribution.Rmd in order. These scripts reference the other supplied R helper functions.
