Abstract

Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) significantly increases one-to-three hours after acute exercise, reflecting a transient inflammatory response.Chronic exercise leads to a significant reduction in NLR, indicating long-term anti-inflammatory benefits.Immediately after acute exercise, there was no significant change in NLR levels.
